Over 30 million Americans lost their job in the past 6 weeks due to COVID-19 with more than 3.9 million filing for unemployment. School Closure & Digital Learning; Official COVID-19 Statement

By Andrew Braun on March 14, 2020

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11

We will continue to monitor health conditions and make determinations about when it is safe and appropriate to return to the school campus to resume normal operations.

There were many ideas tossed around and eventually it was agreed to name the school after the community in which it was intended to serve, Lake Country. The addition of “Lutheran” was added to signify the basis of the school’s existence, which is founded on biblical truth.
