LCL | Alumni Directory Project

The Lutheran High School Association of Greater Milwaukee has partnered with Publishing Concepts (PCI) on an alumni directory project.  PCI worked with us back in 2013 and works with many schools and Universities across the nation.  As you can imagine, keeping our alumni contact information updated is a hard task.  PCI makes it possible for us to stay connected to you.

 

Alumni are invited to participate by providing updated contact information.  You can expect to receive postcards and emails asking you to call and verify your data.  The telephone number found on the postcard or email is designated for you only.  When you call this number, PCI will verify the accuracy of the alumni data currently on file.  You will also be offered the opportunity to purchase a printed or digital directory and merchandise.  The directory provides an opportunity for you to connect with other alumni.  We do not want you to feel pressured to purchase anything.  Our goal is to update the alumni information and give our alumni the opportunity to benefit from the project as well.

What will my information be used for?

All information provided to PCI for the purpose of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in or in the preparation of the directory and except as required by court order or law. 

 

Can I chose some or all of my information not to be printed in the directory?

When you call to update your information, you can tell the representative what information you would prefer to have excluded.

 

How does the LHSAGM benefit from the new directory?

We are able to participate in this project because PCI gives us the updated directory free of charge.  We have pride in our alumni and their service to God in different careers and in locations around the world! We are updating our alumni directory to keep you in the loop about alumni accomplishments and about your school family.  Updated information allows us to send you our semi-annual magazine, future news and updates with your school, and upcoming events. 

PCI is able to provide this free service to schools because they sell merchandise at the end of the call. The dollars from the merchandise support the Publishing Concepts service of updating the directory and do not support the LHSAGM.

 

What is the cost of a directory?

There are many different purchase options ranging from $60 to $380 (including shipping).  Below are the most popular, but PCI has additional options to choose from.
