School counselors help guide students and families both through their high school career and into their futures. LCL takes a Christian perspective while talking with students about college and career planning, life goals, social issues, mental and emotional wellness, and more. The counselors’ doors are always open!
The school counselors support students at each grade level in appropriate next steps to guide them into their future. Planning their courses through high schools, college scholarship resources, testing, apprenticeships or internships, and military planning are just a few ways they resource the LCL student body. All information is in Schoology for students to access. Click the link below for more info for parents & students as they plan the next steps after LCL.
Colleges across the US will take either the ACT or SAT test for admission review purposes. LCL advises students to take standardized tests 2-3 times in their junior year.
